Take proof photos of the dress right before packaging to show its current condition and avoid any liabilities. Orders that have undisclosed damages will be subject to a return/full refund if the buyer files a complaint.
Carefully package the dress into a box/packaging.
Securely close it with tape, and attach the shipping label on the outside of your box.
Please make sure that the dress does not get ruined when you package it and that the shipping label is visible.
Once it’s dropped off, confirm with us by tapping “I’ve shipped this order” on the Order Status page. This also lets your buyer know that their package is on the way!
