it is really hard to measure the bust and waist on these backless gowns because it is pretty widely adjustable. Lined, but there seems to be a bit of a bias-cut that would add some room in the hips.
This is a super unique design on a turn of the millennium gown. The only small flaw I can find is a small and faint scuff near the right hip - did not notice it until I was clipping a couple loose threads from that area. It should not be visible during wear.
