Green Size 4 Mermaid Dress

I bought this as my back up wedding gown because I was concerned my original dress was lost in shipping. My original dress did show up, so I never wore this gown. I did try it on but never wore it. Tags still on.

I typically wear a size 4 but it appears this runs extremely small. My measurements are Breast 41.5/Waiste 31.5/Hips 40.5. I am 5’5, 130 pounds. The size chart called for these measurements to be a size 10. There is nothing else I ever wear that is above a size 4 or /a small… so the tag does say size 10 but that is not accurate. Please refer to the measurements. This gown fit my measurements like a glove.
