It has been a devastating few months for all of us, and we are all affected by this global pandemic one way or another.

We want to let you know that at Queenly, we are always here for you. We will always empathize with your situation, because people will always come first to us.

We understand that this current situation affects a lot of activities and events. We are disheartened that a lot of proms are being cancelled, so we've decided to help out in whatever way we can by giving 100% of earnings to all those affected. If you bought a prom dress, and your prom has been cancelled, you can sell it on our platform and you will not be charged any fees.

To those that are still looking for a dress, we know that times are tough with folks getting laid off and businesses not making any money. For those that are still looking: we will give all our users $30 store credit.

For sellers, we have heard concerns about shipping during quarantine, and we want to let you know we understand if you are unable to ship due to certain circumstances. Please do let us know right away via email if you cannot ship the dress that you sold. To help with this situation, you can actually schedule a USPS at-home pickup.
