Measurements in photos, might have a little wiggle room due to a bias cut but no actual stretch. The bust measurement is approximate because of the open back. Acetate lining.
Pink/orange/yellow tie-dye print with bead detail on the neckline. I estimate it's from about 2005 (based on being in college during that era myself).
Looks EUC with no visible flaws, and the outer chiffon is polyester, so it can be spot cleaned easily by hand.
The hemline is uneven, ranging from about 52" long to 63" long at the ends of the tassels.
