Fitted sweetheart bodice adorned with pleated tulle. Bottom is layers of berry colored sheer ruffles. This dress is meant to show off your legs so the bottom is unlined and sheer. The the bodice fastens as a body suit. Body suit is stretchy but top bodice is not. Back Zipper.

Waist: 13.5"

Hip - No real hip size since it's the body suit under the dress.

Tulle layer at the hips is wide and measures 25" across.
