Pageant Off The Shoulder Blue Size 6 Ball Gown by Tarik Ediz

Blue Tarik Ediz pageant ball gown worn once for evening gown. This dress has an off the shoulder neckline and a ball gown silhouette. The fabric has very little to no stretch. It is hemmed for 5'4" and 3" heels. I did not personally wear it as it was to short for me but the other person only wore it once. Flaws on garment include some missing gems, and stains on outside of clothing. I can send the missing gems over in a bag with glue as that was how it came to me.
