Prom Blue Size 4 Mermaid Dress

Navy blue mermaid dress, worn once. Kept in a smoke-free environment. This dress has a swoop neckline and a mermaid silhouette. The fabric has no stretch. I was 5'7" and wore 3.5" heels and it still covered my shoes the perfect amount without touching the ground or being stepped on in the front, and i has a small train in the back.

It can be worn for prom, pageant, and semi-formal events. It was custom made to fit my body but is around size 2-4.
