Y2K Vintage Dave & Johnny Emerald Green Satin Backless Gown

Measurements in pics but the waist is fairly open and the back buckle allows for a little bit of adjustment in the bust.

EUC, I made a small repair to the self belt area right behind the buckle where some stitching had come out - it can certainly be done in a prettier way though, so feel free to redo it. It is not very visible because most of it is behind the buckle but I just wanted to keep it in place so that it would be immediately wearable.

This is a stunning example of early Y2K transitions between 90 style and the mid decadesl satin gowns. Dave & Johnny is still a well-known gown designer and one of their other vintage gowns went viral on tiktok a while back. Because of the color this gown would be ideal for both Spring recitals and holiday gigs.
