Measurements in photos but as with anything halter and lowish back like this, I don't think the bust is very accurate to the fit and there should be a bit more room

EUC, The hook to the hook and eye above the zipper is missing but the zipper is sturdy enough that you don't need it in my opinion. One side of the brand tag has also come loose but this is not visible during wear and would be a very quick tack down.

There are bust cups for smoothness but you may also want to grab your favorite low back strapless/halter bra for extra support.
