Description
Vintage 1980s 1990s Niteline by Della Roufogali Liquid Beaded Fringe Halter Cocktail Party Dress. Tagged a size 8 but measures (lying flat): Bust: 16” Waist 14” Hips: 17.5” Length (from top of halter strap to bottom of hem, not including fringe beading): 36.” Note I do my best to provide accurate measurements but there can be slight variations. My guess is this would best fit a modern size 6.
Overall, this is in good condition. There are a few spots where the liquid or fringe beading has come undone (see last four photos) though none of the spots are glaring. Super fun dress!
