Measurements in photos but plenty of stretch, and because the previous owner took the netting out of the bust, it can expand a little bit sideways. It was clearly tight and would not zip up but I got it on my dress form that is a size 4.

EUC-- I did make a repair to tuck the end of the belt back into the left side near the zipper, so you may wish to reinforce that at some point but it should hold up as is. The previous owner also removed the netting that was holding the bust panels together, So that should create some extra space for a slightly larger bust.

Rachel Allan is one of the pageant circuit's favorite designers and with all this bling you can see why. These gowns just need to be on a stage. There is a pretty generous train and also a hook at the bottom of the back dip to tuck up the train like a bustle, although I have not found the hook end yet. There is plastic reinforcement at the hem to keep it properly draped.
