Measurements in photos but are kind of meaningless because of the stretch 😂 The length of the fully lined portion is 32.5 inches and the rest of the skirt is simply the sequined, stretchy mesh.

EUC no visible flaws

This is one of the sexiest and most dramatic gowns I have seen in a good while. On top of all the sparkle it will travel super well because this type of fabric does not wrinkle. They also suggest hand washing it so you could take care of that in your hotel bathtub while on a gig. Take the measurements as a minimum, which means I think this will work for anyone in the 0-4 size range and maybe even a 6. The fit was pretty much perfect on my dress form.
