We know that it can be a little tricky trying to word everything perfectly on your Quinceañera invitations, and you certainly don’t want to leave out or offend anyone! We’ve come up with a comprehensive Invitation Wording Guide to help you find the right style for your invitations. Read through the following quince invitation wording examples and tips!
Quinces are typically hosted by the parents of the quinceanera, so there are fewer options here. However, if the Quinceanera is being hosted by grandparents or someone else, you can easily substitute the names.

Formal Quince Invitation -
Religious Focus Quince Invitation -
Quince Focused Invitation -
Casual Quince Invitation -
For a less traditional invitation, include the first names of your mother, e.g. MR. AND MRS. ROBERTO AND JANE GARCIA REQUEST THE PLEASURE OF YOUR COMPANY
Putting the phrase “in the evening” after the time of the event is optional. Eliminating extra words can give your invitation a cleaner look.
If divorced parents are hosting the event together, or if grandparents and parents are hosting the event together, follow the corresponding rules under the Wedding Invitations section.
If you want to to make your invitation more casual, don’t spell out the numbers in alphabetical format.
The fun thing about quinceanera invitations is that aren’t too many rules! Make your invitation uniquely yours; just make sure to include the important information!
There are several different ways to address your invitation envelopes. If you are having a very formal event, you might have two envelopes; the outer one is for the mailing address, while the inner envelope only has the guest names. If you are only sending one envelope, then follow the guidelines for the “Outer Envelope.” The way you address the envelope will depend on the household. Consult your guest list so you know who lives in each household.
