When will I receive store credit?
Store credit will be added to your account the next business day after the listing is uploaded.

How will I know I received store credit?
We’ll send you a push notification and an email once the store credit has been added to your account. You can always check how much store credit you have by going to the Queenly app. You’ll see “Your store credit: $25 - applies at checkout” on the Home tab.

How do I upload a dress for sale on Queenly?
We’ve made uploading dresses for sale a breeze! Just take a few photos of the item and go to the “Sell” tab in your app. Tap “Sell a dress” to upload your photos, answer a few questions, and done!

Does my dress have to sell to earn store credit?
